Article 90: VIBES partners meeting in Portugal

The VIBES project held its 3rd Transnational Project Meeting on June 16–17, 2025, hosted by Politécnico de Leiria (IPLeiria) in Portugal. The gathering brought together all consortium partners for two days of focused planning, including active participation from Dr. Olia Tsivitanidou (INQUIRIUM) and Dr. Efstathios Christodoulides (UCLan Cyprus).

The meeting marked major progress across several key areas. The school implementation plan (WP4) was finalised, outlining how virtual reality will be integrated into physical education through structured intra-school and international student tournaments. The team also advanced the design of the e-course for PE teachers, with clear direction on the structure and modules. Additionally, partners defined the dissemination strategy, including upcoming scientific publications, webinars, and the planning of the VIBES Final Conference, set to take place in Palermo in May 2026.

This meeting was marked by strong collaboration and high partner satisfaction. For INQUIRIUM, it stands out as one of the most productive and well-coordinated meetings within one of the most cohesive consortiums we’ve had the pleasure to work with.
