Dr Olia Tsivitanidou (female) is a co-founder and the Managing Director at INQUIRY FUSE. She is also a Research Associate at University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus (School of Sciences), and Part time Lecturer at the University of Nicosia (Department of Education). She holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in science education, a BSc in Physics, and a BA in Educational Sciences. Olia is managing multi-national and cross-sectoral consortia, developing proposals for EU funding, and coordinating international projects. She has worked in several European funded projects for the past 17 years, while she had a coordinating role in several projects. She has been heavily involved over the past years in the preparation and coordination of proposals under European and National Funded Programmes, as well as programmes initiated by the Research & Innovation Foundation in Cyprus.

Dr Efstathios Christodoulides (male) is a member of the Board of Directors of INQUIRY FUSE. He is also holding a position at UCLan Cyprus as an Assistant Professor and Course Leader in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Sciences. He has been awarded his PhD from Semmelweis University, Doctoral School, Budapest, in Sports and Social Sciences as well as an MEd in Physical Education and Sports Science from the Semmelweis University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science, Budapest. He also holds two coaching certifications in Recreation and Swimming from Semmelweis University and the IOC Olympic Solidarity.  Efstathios received a Fulbright Scholarship in 2021 for conducting research and lecturing in New York, USA, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and supported by the Institute of International Education (IIE). He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, complying with the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) for teaching and supporting learning in higher education. Efstathios serves as the Country Lead for the International Physical Literacy Association, IPLA, leading in-country development projects following IPLA’s strategic aims. He is appointed as the Cyprus national delegate at Fédération Internationale d’Éducation Physique et Sportive (FIEPS) and is appointed by the Cyprus Anti-Doping Authority (CyADA) as a national anti-doping educator and a UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) Accredited Educator. Notably, Dr. Christodoulides Co-Chairs the UNESCO Chair on “Governance and Social Responsibility in Sport” which is housed under UCLan Cyprus. He actively participates in Erasmus+ Sports projects focusing on the promotion and participation in sport, physical activity, and voluntary activities and is also a member of the Research Centre for Applied Sport Physical Activity and Performance of UCLan UK.

Mrs Vasilia Vasilia Philippou (she/her) is an EU Senior Project Manager and trainer at INQUIRY FUSE, with a Master’s in International Education and Globalisation from the University of Bath and a Bachelor’s in Educational Sciences from the University of Cyprus. A certified vocational trainer, she has participated in multiple Erasmus+ and national projects. With broad teaching experience and a focus on inclusive education and cultural diversity, she combines classroom practice with research in educational innovation. Her interests include science argumentation, digital literacy, and international collaboration. Vasilia’s multicultural academic background and engagement in cultural initiatives enrich her approach to learning and training.

Mrs. Elena Tsangaridi (female) is the Communication Manager at INQUIRY FUSE. With a BA in Greek Philology, a Master’s degree in Adult Literacy and Lifelong Learning, and a Digital Marketing diploma, she combines educational principles with strategic communication. Elena has extensive experience as EU project manager handling project communications. Since 2012, she has worked with NGOs, the Council of Europe, Interreg, and Erasmus+ projects. She is fascinated by the communication and marketing tasks of each project; therefore, she is a certified Digital Marketing Professional with experience working with Cypriot brands. Her expertise ensures that INQUIRY FUSE’s mission and project outcomes are communicated effectively to a wide and varied audience, maximising their societal impact.

Mrs. Melani Tsivitanidou (female) is a trainer at INQUIRY FUSE, leading the educational program ‘Music n STEAM Explorium’. She is also a vocal and acoustic guitar teacher. She holds a master’s degree in music education, a bachelor’s degree in music and a diploma degree in Music Technology. She aspires to make children love music through music education and most of all to have fun during their involvement with learning sessions. Along with teaching, she sings in restaurants and lounge bars in Nicosia supporting various genres of music.
