By subscribing to the INQUIRY FUSE newsletter, you explicitly consent, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation- GDPR), to receive electronic communications (informative emails and/or newsletters) regarding our latest projects, research outcomes, and upcoming outreach activities.
The purpose of our newsletter is to keep our collaborators and the wider community informed about our research and development efforts, as well as our innovative educational solutions. Content may include, but is not limited to, project updates, research publications, invitations to events that we organise or co-organise, and other relevant dissemination activities.
INQUIRY FUSE aims to provide valuable content without overwhelming your inbox. We typically send newsletters on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, though we may send additional communications that were justified by legitimate interest, such as urgent project milestones or time-sensitive events.
We value your privacy. Your email address and any additional personal data you voluntarily provide (such as name or professional affiliation) will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and stored securely for the sole purpose of newsletter distribution, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR.

- We use Mailchimp as our email automation platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to this platform for processing as a data processor, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR). While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided, INQUIRY FUSE accepts no liability for minor inaccuracies or temporary errors contained in the newsletter.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or the minimum legal age of consent for data processing in your country of residence, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR.
INQUIRY FUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required by legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Any material changes will be communicated through the newsletter or our website. Continued subscription following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
