The IKIGAI55 project successfully concluded its third transnational partners meeting, held in Nicosia, Cyprus, from April 8–10, 2025, and hosted by INQUIRIUM Ltd. Over three days of collaboration, partners coordinated next steps for the project, including upcoming pilot activities, multiplier events, and the development of local living labs aimed at supporting active and healthy ageing.
As part of the meeting, the second staff training session took place, featuring engaging workshops such as a gamified session on positive psychology, senior yoga, positive dancing for older adults, and demonstrations of smart fitness tools and virtual reality applications for senior training. A highlight of the event was the insightful presentation by Dr. Christodoulos Karittevlis from Humeral technologies, who shared innovative developments in biomedical devices for mobility rehabilitation.
We thank all partners for their enthusiastic participation and look forward to continuing this impactful work to enhance the well-being of older adults through innovative, community-based approaches.
