As part of the European Week of Sport #BeActive, INQUIRIUM and UCLan Cyprus hosted a unique, interactive workshop on September 24th at the UCLan Cyprus campus in Larnaca. The event invited students, educators, and the public to discover an exciting new way to stay active.

Participants had the opportunity to put on VR headsets and immerse themselves in a virtual sports world. The activities included testing their strength in virtual boxing, playing tennis and ping pong, and following guided aerobic exercises.

This event was held within the framework of the VIBES project. It served as a practical demonstration of how this innovative technology can be integrated into school education, offering a preview of the future of Physical Education and providing practical tools for teachers.
