We successfully completed a series of interactive “MUSIC n’ STEAM” workshops over the summer, designed to spark a passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics in young learners.

Delivered in collaboration with the summer school of SKE Idaliou (“Paidiko Steki Anaptyxi”) and the Parents’ Association of the 3rd Primary School of Idalion, the workshops provided children with the opportunity to explore the physics of sound and acoustics through practical experimentation.

Grounded in non-formal learning and creative pedagogies, these workshops applied an inquiry-based model. The children were engaged directly with musical concepts, observed sound vibrations through visual aids, and gained an understanding of fundamental acoustic phenomena.

The workshop series aligns with INQUIRY FUSE’s ongoing focus on non-formal educational initiatives, bridging academic research with community outreach to cultivate scientific literacy and critical thinking in young minds.
